Capital A Barber Studio Late Arrivals & Cancellation Policy (Español abajo ⤵) ⸻ Late Arrivals At Capital A Barber Studio, we want to provide every client with the best haircut, shave, and experience possible. To make that happen, we set aside the exact amount of time needed for each appointment. • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service properly. • If you are 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to decline the service and reschedule. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full experience without being rushed and keeps the schedule fair for everyone. ⸻ Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced) Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that things come up, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of the reserved service. • No-Shows: You will be charged 100% of the reserved service. • Same-day bookings (within 24 hours): If you need to cancel, it must be at least 4 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, a 50% fee will apply. • Multiple services: If not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, they will be charged at 100%. To reserve multiple services, 50% of the total may be charged to your card in advance. This policy allows us to offer open spots to clients on the waiting list and helps keep the schedule full and fair for everyone. ⸻ Confirmation Emails & Texts As a courtesy, we will send you an email or text reminder before your appointment. Please note that these reminders are a courtesy and not a requirement. It is still your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text, you are still expected to attend your appointment as scheduled.
