CAPITAL A BARBER STUDIO  LATE ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATION POLICY   ESPAÑOL⤵  LATE ARRIVALS To ensure that I deliver the best possible haircut, shave and customer service to my clients, I have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for me to comfortably complete your services. I regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 5  minutes late, and I reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Your appointments are very important to CAPITAL A BARBER STUDIO , it is reserved especially for you, we understand that  sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that  appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity  to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance  because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked  months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a  Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the  client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will  result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  50%  of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment  time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests  of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXT. As a courtesy, we will EMAIL or TEXT you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to  avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Pediremos una tarjeta de crédito para tener registrada. - Un aviso de menos de 24 horas dará como resultado un cargo equivalente al 50% del monto del servicio reservado. - "NO SHOWS" se cobrará el 100% del importe del servicio reservado. - Las citas realizadas dentro del período de 24 horas y la necesidad de cancelar, el cliente debe cancelar dentro de las 4 horas de la cita tiempo o resultará en un cargo igual al 50% del monto del servicio reservado. - Múltiples servicios no cancelados con 24 horas de anticipación se cobrará el 100% del importe del servicio reservado. El 50% de sus servicios múltiples pueden cargarse a su tarjeta de crédito para reservar la hora de la cita. La política de cancelación nos permite el tiempo de informar a nuestros huéspedes en espera de cualquier disponibilidad, así como mantener nuestro horario programado, por lo tanto, servir mejor a todos. Como cortesía, le enviaremos un correo electrónico o le enviaremos un mensaje de texto para confirmar sus citas de servicio antes de la fecha de su cita.
